These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ac678 platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, payment services, and account features available to players in Bangladesh. By registering or using ac678, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac678 ("ac678", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ac678 platform, including but not limited to the website at ac678.app, all casino and slot games, sports betting products , all payment and account services, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration & Security
To access real-money games and betting markets on ac678, you are required to create a registered member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the ac678 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, different devices, or different IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ac678 uses advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all such accounts will be permanently closed with balances forfeited.
Account Security

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ac678 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your registered name). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ac678 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ac678 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ac678 BDT balance within minutes of confirmation.
- ac678 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard BDT mobile wallet transactions. Third-party mobile operator charges, if any, are the player's responsibility.
- Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable processing costs) and the account being suspended pending review.
- ac678 reserves the right to impose deposit limits or request additional verification for unusually large deposits as part of its fraud prevention obligations.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ac678's anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals will only be approved after all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been satisfied in full.
- ac678 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Additional KYC documents may be required before such withdrawals are released.
- In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, ac678 may freeze a pending withdrawal while an investigation is conducted. The player will be notified of the freeze and the estimated resolution timeline.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of ac678, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and common standards of fair play. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited on the ac678 Platform:
- Fraud and Deception: Any form of fraudulent activity, including providing false registration information, using stolen or third-party payment credentials, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or misrepresenting your identity.
- Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game rules.
- Match Fixing & Collusion: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any arrangement designed to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, including collusion with other players in live dealer or poker environments.
- Money Laundering: Using the ac678 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a way designed to conceal the source of funds.
- System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game bugs, pricing errors in betting markets, or any other technical vulnerability on the Platform. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to ac678 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
- Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward ac678 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including selling picks, operating as a betting agent, or facilitating third-party accounts, without written authorisation from ac678.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
ac678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct as described in Section 6.
- The player has initiated a payment chargeback without first contacting ac678 support to resolve the dispute.
- ac678 is required to close the account by instruction from a relevant authority or as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ac678 support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac678 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity interruptions, or platform maintenance windows.
- Loss resulting from a player's failure to read, understand, or comply with these Terms or the specific terms of any promotion.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
- Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by clearly identified technical malfunctions. In such cases, ac678 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
- Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any partner bank.
ac678's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their ac678 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ac678's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
